Skin import randomly doesn't accept ustom skins (Bedrock)

In the newer versions of Minecraft Bedrock, when you play the game for the first time and wants to import a custom skin, it displays a error message: "Please import a .png of type 64x64, 32x32 or 128x128"

I captured the bug during the first time playing the newest version of the game. However, I couldn't capture that moment at the right timing. Here is a similar image I've seen that time.
