Slate doesn't appear in the creative inventory when toggle Education is enabled

1. Updated to Preview 1.21.50.28
2. Create a new world in creation
3. Make sure Education Edition is turned on
4. Create a world and join it
5. Open Inventory
6. Click on the button in the third category (the one with the icon of a bed)
7. Scroll down until you can't find it.
