Game Crashes

Good evening, upon playing the game it crashes suddenly without warning. The game before it crashes freezes frame-by-frame as I try to advance in the game. This issue has been a common occurrence every time I play the game and has made it quite unenjoyable. This glitch/crash happens with and without texture and resource packs.
