Armor texture is garbled in the newer versions of Minecraft Bedrock

In the newer version of Minecraft Bedrock, all armor textures are garbled or mistextured (for eg: Netherite:diamond_hoe, may be inaccurate)

This happened in the 1.21.20 release and the newer versions as well.

Unfortunately, this happens randomly in the game, and I was unable to capture a footage of it.
