Simulation distance

On Java it is possible to increase the simulation distance up to 32 chunks while on Bedrock it is not possible.

Steps to Reproduce:
Open the world settings and try changing the simulation distance.
Observed Results:
You can set a smaller maximum distance on Bedrock.

Expected Results:
You can set the same maximum distance on Bedrock and Java.
