Problem with hitboxes on hanging signs

Hanging sign hitboxes are not always correct.

Steps to Reproduce:
Place hanging signs under some blocks such as other hanging signs or fences.

Observed Results:
The hitboxes have the wrong orientation.

Expected Results:
Hitboxes have correct orientation.
