Minecraft crashed and deleted all my data

I was playing Minecraft today and it randomly crashes and restarts my computer. When I open it back up it asks for a sign in and then all of my worlds are deleted. The one world that mysteriously wasnt deleted still has the updates from recently. PLEASE FIX THIS SO THAT I CAN GET MY DATA BACK!!!
