Skeleton shoots arrows into the floor at its feet

Hello, I had recently created a Hardcore world to play with a friend and when I started to fight with one the skeleton did not shoot his bow well and that happened to me with the other skeletons that I saw, none of them hit the mark, I would like to report this bug because I think it takes away the fun.
