Custom MC Skins Pack can’t be opened but the marketplace skins Pack can be opened

The Bug make it so you can’t open to see remaining skins in the custom skin pack but the marketplace skins pack can be opened and see the remaining skins in the packs. tried deleting the custom skin packs but it won’t open.
