In India many players, who are currently using Jio as their internet service provider are not able to join servers.

From India, many users are not able to join any server who are currently using Jio 5G Internet services. I have checked, it only happens in Jio. Few months ago, while I was using another internet service provider I wasn't facing this proble.

_You can even check on different platforms, many people are complaining about this issue._ 

I would request your team to focus on this issue and set this up as soon as possible.
