Some suspicious stew's effect duration is still different from Java

The Bug

Compared to Java, some suspicious stews have different effect durations at bedrock.

 This issue also affects Open Eye Blossom, which were introduced in Bedrock Edition 1.14 / Java Edition 1.15 and later.

This issue has mostly achieved parity in Java 24w45a and Bedrock 1.21.50.28, but some effects are still problematic.

How to reproduce.

1.Drink suspicious stew with different effect duration.

2.Compare the effect duration of Java and bedrock.

Expected results
 
The duration of both effects is the same.
