Parity issue: Bees don't get the wither effect when fed wither roses

The Bug:

Bees don't get the wither effect when fed wither roses.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Tempt a bee with the wither rose.
2. Feed the bee the wither rose.

Expected Result:

Bees will get the wither effect when fed wither roses.

Observed Result:

Bees won't get the wither effect when fed wither roses.
