Aim assist is enabled for third person back camera

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enable the Aim assist experiment
2. Enter the world
3. Switch to third person back view

Observed Results:
The aim assist is enabled by default in the third person camera, despite being meant for custom content and only accessible through commands. It can't be turned off in that world.

Expected Results:
Aim assist can only be enabled with the use of commands/behavior packs.
