After loading my single player world it crashes after a minute or immediately after trying to open inventory

I've had my single player world for just under a year and have used add-ons from the marketplace with no issues until a couple days ago. The game suddenly crashes and brought me to the xbox home screen. I can load the world but it will crash as soon as I try to open my inventory or after a minute of gameplay

 I've done all the usual trouble shooting things. I've tried taking off all the add ons and still can't play.
