Allays don't make their happy "chortle" sounds anymore

Allay sounds are bugged, and have been for a while. If you give an allay any item, its idle sounds are supposed to change from sad (yearn) to happy (chortle). It used to be when you give the allay an item, they will sound happy, but sound sad again when you reload the world or go far enough away from the allay and come back. Now, they don't play their happy sounds at ALL, even when you give it a fresh item. Please bring back their happiness!
