Zombie Pigmen attack speed is very slow

When zombie pigmen are angry their attack speed is similar to that of a normal zombie rather than the accelerated attack speed they are supposed to have.

Also their anger range when you hit another zombie pigmen seems a little low. untested as I'm not sure what its supposed to be.
