Unable to connect to world and marketplace error

The problem is I cant access the marketplace (edit my character) and join an xbox friend's world it always says "Unable to connect to world". I've done multiple trials to resolve it such as reinstalling the app, signing in and out, updating the game version, and creating a new account, but none of those have worked.

P.S.: My game version is 1.20.72
