Can't Place Hopper Above Composter

Repeating on an issue I've seen reported already. It was closed because it received no response, but I am having the same issue. Am using Xbox Series X.

Can't place the hopper above the composter.

Add-ons I have are 'Furniture Add-on', and 'More Custom Blocks Add-On'
