"Need a mint" achievement is broken

The "need a mint" achievement is bugged and can be achieved from using bonemeal on crops. I'm not sure whether or not  the actual way of using a bottle on the dragons breath will give the achievement or not, but i know for certain using bonemeal on crops isn't. I asked a friend, who also randomly got the achievement, and they were bone-mealing bamboo.
