Worlds Menu Hangs on Open

Click the "Play" button on the main menu and the worlds menu never appears. It hangs on the progress animation. I gave up after 10 minutes this last time.

Before the latest test, I rebooted my system, cleared temporary files, closed my browser and Discord. I did have a controller connected through DS 4 Windows.

It hasn't opened on my PC since the hotfix was installed.
