Sign censoring numbers

While trying to store coordinates on signs I discovered a bug that censors the numbers with hashtags when you put more than one line of numbers on the sign

1. Place a sign.
2. Write one line of numbers on the sign.
3. Edit the sign and write a second or more line of numbers and it should censor them.

It's not 100% consistent, sometimes I can get away with covering a sign in numbers, but most of the time it gets censored. I tried this method on mobile and I couldn't replicate it, so it might be an xbox only issue.
