Bug in the range of activated activator rail

The activated activator rail that is charged will cause any rail in the adjacent two grid ranges to have the characteristic of shaking the mining car

You can see from the video that when the mining car enters the charging rail near the activated rail, the mining car starts shaking instead of shaking on the activated rail
