marketplace not giving paid for items

purchased the "Pets Pack" from marketplace, was supposed to be given 1720 coins as well as 7 packs. I paid using a microsoft giftcard. The $9.99 that the bundle cost was taken off the gift card, but I did not receive any packs or the coins. and when I try to purchase again, it tell me to finish the purchase, but then gives error as I show in screen shots.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to purchase coins in marketplace
2. Click "pet Pack" for $9.99
3. click "ok" on message that comes up to finish the previous purchase.

Observed Results:
I get a error message stating that its unable to connect.

Expected Results:
Be given my coins and packs
