Skin glitches

One of my skins would not load and in Minecraft, I don't have a screenshot, it was invisible in game. When I clicked edit character in the character creator I could put on separate parts of the skin without having all the other needed parts. Also I was able to put a cape and a back item on the character at the same time, Witch I think is impossible, I also don't have a picture.
