Obtainable/Useable Minecraft Experience Cape for FREE

So, I saw a post on a way to get the Minecraft Experience cape for free . . .

I myself will have the cape owned the right way in a week, but this bug should be fixed. 

 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Minecraft Bedrock Edition on ANY DEVICE.
2. Open Dressing Room and navigate to capes.
3. Make sure none is selected but click on an owned cape JUST DON'T EQUIP!
4. Click on the "Minecraft" to take you to all items by Minecraft
5. Scroll to unowned until you see the Minecraft Experience cape
6. Spam the equip button on the cape and then exit. 
7. If #6 fails, you will need to try again until it does.

Observed Results:

1. The Minecraft Experience Cape is equipped and can be used and seen across multiplayer until game is restarted or character is edited.

Expected Results:

1. The cape shouldn’t show up in dressing room unless owned, and should not have an equip button.
