Xbox not receiving progress in achievements

I tried an easy achievement to track. The play 100 days and smelt an iron ingot. I even started a new game mode, brand new. Not settings touched and my days counter did not go up at all. It says in progress, but it's not working. I am signed into Xbox account on the game 
Iron ingot I placed it into the furnace and took it out. Nothing. I tried clearing my cache and restarting game, but not working. Please help me. Do not link me to those other cases. I searched them and they are not like the ones you linked to.
