World loading bar not going up

Whenever I try to join a world it reaches a certain spot and it doesn’t go up at all, every world does that and I tried many ways to fix it, it’s been going for a few weeks now and I can’t join anything, I bought the market place pass but now I can’t even use it. The only things I can do is change my skin and make worlds I can never join.
