Failing to load at Launch (completely unresponsive)

After pressing F11 to take a screenshot, game broke and froze on red screen. After relaunching, continued to stay on red screen after mojang logo screen. After restaring the computer, same issue. I have tried waiting for it to be responsive. I have also completely deleted and reinstalled the game entirely to no avail. Game is unresponsive in this state. 

 

Note: I have been able to play on this device before and was actively doing so before the bug

No Mods Installed

Update: in trying to recreate this scenario me and my friend found that it is fat fingering F11 with either F10 or F12, unfortunately reinstalling fixed their minecraft but not mine.

 

Update: It was client side, please close. Issue with Internal Graphics Card.
