The custom character keeps resetting to default settings, the hair colour, eye colour, skin colour and lip colour changes about every 3 days.

My custom character resets itself at least once a week and I'll have to go into the character settings and have to change the colour of everything except the clothes. The hair, lips, eyes and skin changes colours ( making my character super pale and they will have orange hair) it's been like this for weeks now and it's becoming more and more annoying. I've attached two screenshots.
