Realm Stories asking me for permission even though all permissions are on, "allow"

I am playing in a realm server, recently my friend turned on Realm Stories so that we can use it, problem is when I try to join Realm Stories, I get told that I need to allow, "Join and create Clubs" I go to my settings for my account to check if everything is allowed, and they all are on allow. My account is above 18 and I am not in a Family Group. I tried contacting support but there was no help there so I'm stuck with trying to figure out what else I can do or what can fix this problem (The links in the screenshot also do not work)
