Item rarity dosen't show in some cases

A none host can reload the game

Steps to reproduce:

1. Look at a Item Frame with an item, that has a rarity
2. Have the same item in the inventory
3. Middle click on the Item Frame
4. Look at the color of the item name

Observed result:
The rarity of the item dosen't show

Expected result:
The rarity shows
