If you're in adventure mode, you can remove the wax and the rust from copper blocks

Steps to Reproduce(Waxed):

1. Place a waxed copper block
2. Get an axe
3. Be in adventure mode
4. Right-click to try removing the wax from the copper block while holding the axe

Alternative(Rusted):

1. Place a oxidized copper block
2. Get an axe
3. Be in adventure mode
4. Right-click to try removing the rust from the copper block while holding the axe

Expected Results:
No interaction happens

Observed Results:
You can remove the wax and the rust from the copper block
