Pale oak hanging sign breaking particles do not match Java Edition

Pale Oak Hanging Signs use the wrong texture for breaking particles. The "pale_oak_planks" texture is assigned in blocks.json, but Java Edition uses "stripped_pale_oak_log_side".

Changing the texture here does not affect the sign's appearance at all besides the breaking particles, as described in the comment in the vanilla resources.

Expected Result

Pale Oak Hanging Signs use Stripped Pale Oak Log side particles like Java Edition.

Observed Result

Pale Oak Hanging Signs use Pale Oak Planks particles, breaking parity with Java Edition
