Lily pads flicker when too far away

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a lily pad.

2. Fly up away from it.

3. Look at it.

Observed Results:
When far away, lily pads start to flicker and have black textures.

Expected Results:
Lily pads should not flicker when far away.
