Creaking attack speed doesn't match Java Edition

On Bedrock, when attacking a player the creaking will attack very frequently (like other mobs do, for example zombie), while on Java the creaking will attack less frequently

Steps to reproduce:

1. Dig a 2x2x1 hole
2. Summon a creaking, look at the creaking and then look away from it

Expected results:
Creaking attack the player less frequently, matching Java Edition

Observed results:
Creaking will attack the player very frequently
