When tall grass generates near pale trees, it generates without its higher part

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to a Pale Garden

2. Look at the foliage of the trees.

 

Observed Results:
Allways when tall grass generates near the pale tree, it only generates its lower part.

Expected Results:
Tall grass should generate fully allways.
