The hitbox of pale moss carpets with vines is too large

The Bug:

The hitbox of pale moss carpets with vines is too large.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place down a pale moss carpet. 
2. Place a cobblestone block next to the pale moss carpet.
3. If you want, place a cobblestone block on top of the previous cobblestone block you just placed, then bonemeal the pale moss carpet.
4. Notice the hitbox of the pale moss carpet gets very large.

Expected Results:

The hitbox of the pale moss carpet with a decorative vine will have the correct hitbox.

Observed Result:

The hitbox of the pale moss carpet with a decorative vine will have the wrong hitbox. If you followed step 3, you notice the pale carpet hitbox becomes a full block because of its tall decorative vine.
