Marketplace downloads stuck at 0%

I can't download any add-ons from marketplace. I am using an iPhone 8 and I have downloaded the minecraft from the Apple Store.

I have tried all the suggested solutions:

1. clear the cache
2. clear all the storage
3. restart minecraft
4. restart the device
5. uninstall and reinstall minecraft
6. I have done the above steps several times but the issue persists for almost a week.

I am not sure about the affected version (1.21.31 Hotfix) that I have selected above
