Furnace overwrite in bulk move

When bulk moving items using "Y" on a controller into the input slot of the furnace, the item overwrites other items in a forced move. I have included a video and screen shots of inventory before and after.

When trying to input an item within the furnace, both "A" and "X" are labeled and function the same. There's no mention of "Y", but the function to top off a stack or move whole stack still works and is faulty.
