purchasable resource packs accessible without purchase

On windows 10, anyone with access to the app files on their computer has access to the files for the packs, and from there it's a matter of copying (and possibly editing) the files before you are using them without actually paying for them.

Set to private so that I don't give anyone with lower moral standards than me ideas.
