Can't log into Microsoft account on either Playstation or Nintendo

Cannot sign into Microsoft account on either Playstation or Switch versions of the game. No error message appears and I am returned to the main menu. Have tried uninstalling the game and all saved data on both systems and reinstalling and the issue remains unresolved. Have checked with Xbox support and there is no issues with my Microsoft account.
