Certain eyes for skin customization don't pop up and other

So I got on bedrock for PC and each time I do it resets the color of the hair and eyes(it seems to do it whenever you switch devices), but this time I go to change the color of the eyes and the eyes don't show.(Only PC for eyes not showing)
