The Bug:

Leash knots do not adapt to the size of wall blocks that are not connected to anything when animals or boats are leashed to it.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Get a leash knot.
2. Place a boat nearby.
3. Leash the boat. You need to hold the lead item.
4. Attach the leash to the wall.

Expected Results:

Leash knots are expected to adapt to the size of wall blocks, since you can attach leash knots to walls (bedrock exclusive).

Observed Results:

Leash knots do not adapt to the size of wall blocks when mobs are leashed to it. If you look in spectator mode, you will notice the leash knot hidden in the wall.
