Using a bundle briefly slows you down and plays the eating animation

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Change the perspective to third person front
2. Have a bundle in your hand, walk forward at a constant speed
3. Hold down the use button

Observed Behavior:
Your movement is briefly slowed down and the eating animation is played. This keeps going for as long as you hold down the use button.

Expected Behavior:
The bundle is used, without the eating animation nor the slowed movement. If it's empty, it shouldn't be usable at all.
