Bundle's tooltip doesn't appear until the cursor is moved

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Manually grab a bundle from its slot
2. Move to a different slot and before placing it down, stop moving the cursor
3. Put it down

Observed Results:
The tooltip is not shown until the cursor is moved.

Expected Results:
The tooltip correctly follows the pointer or the hovered slot all the time.

Notes: A lesser version of this issue can also be observed when an item is inserted into an empty bundle, with the tooltip being slightly offset instead.
