when you have no wifi game wont open at all no matter if your signed into xbox live or not

mcpe wont open in minecraft pe 0.17.0/1.0.0 beta build 2 when you don't have wifi and your signed into xbox or not singed into xbox please relese a small bug fix for it so we can play cause I never use wifi on my games cause of invites and adds thanks
