Can't Load Into ANYTHING

So I still haven't received any help with this and I want answers or a refund of Minecraft Bedrock Edition on every platform because I literally can't play it, and if that isn't enough I'll take it to fucking court. So, I am certain my issue involves my Microsoft account because every time I log into it then try to load into a SOLO world or a realm (basically anything) it loads to about 33 percent then does nothing from there and for the realms and multiplayer, it'll do that but then 2 seconds later give me the "disconnected from server" message, prompting me to exit to menu.
