Signs: HTC Incredible S keyboard stuck on upper case

I have a picture of what it looks like and no matter what I do, it stays in upper case. It is like this most of the time.
Steps to reproduce:
*Use a sign on the HTC incredible S
*Most of the time you will not be able to use lower case.

Other Bugs

• When I use certain characters (such as 1 and !), it deletes the previous character or space
• When I try to use the character 0 (zero), it goes to the next line and I cannot type as I wanted.
