realms joing bug (creator)

using mobile data to join a realms doesnt not work. bug? it is a ten player realms and i have no wi-fi. my device is a samsung (galaxy j7) it will just stay at a loading screen. please give me a recommended way to join. please fix. (i use 4g lte)
