Transparent Blocks texture Bug

All Water blocks and all Glass variants including panes, and all Rail types,
along with every candle type are All black. This was started happening at first when I was beta testing, but I didn't report it at first so I deleted minecraft and re-downloaded to get the full version and everything was fine. But after the Update it came back.
